The Tree Village Pricing

Sliding Scale | Community Generosity | Counseling Access

We want to be a part of removing barriers to accessing mental health counseling services.   As a 501(c)(3) organization on mission, we are shifting our mindset away from high fees for service, and insurance company complexity toward empowering community generosity.  We are choosing to be each other’s village. We are letting compassion move us to action. Our lack will give us an opportunity to receive. Our abundance will meet someone else’s needs.

Why sliding scale?

Our Values

We are a faith-based organization and a hallmark of hte Christian faith includes generosity and interdependence upon one another.  We are trusting that those who have the means will pay it forward so that others can have access to quality mental health support.

Practicality

Some of our clients could afford our old session fees, without a second thought, but a lot of potential clients could not afford the cost.

We noticed that folks wanting to use insurance eneded up waiting for 3-4 months before they could make an appointment with an in-network provider.

We wanted more people to feel comfortable saying "yes" to the care and support they seek.
