Kingsley Ogbuji, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Taking a step toward therapy is not easy, and we want to honor the courage it takes just to begin exploring this path. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, unsure, exhausted, or even a little hopeful — all of those feelings are valid.

It’s common to approach therapy with a mix of fear and curiosity, weariness and desire for change. Whatever brought you here, we're grateful you've found your way to this space.

Beginning to think about therapy is already a meaningful step toward healing and growth — and that deserves to be acknowledged and celebrated. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to begin.
