Succena Panmei, SI
Student Intern for Masters in Clinical Mental Health

It’s okay to not have everything figured out.  Life is a continuous journey of learning, unlearning, hurting and healing, making mistakes and growing from them.  In the process of growth, you do not have to journey alone.

I assist you in thinking through the possibilities and consequences of decisions.  Using different therapeutic modalities, and finding which best works for you, I will walk with you to help bring about healing and change as you move forward.  If you seek to better understand your own emotions and how to manage them, I will work with you to accomplish those goals. My specialization is in trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation skill building.
