Counseling Services
We offer in-person sessions at both our Mandeville location and New Orleans location. Our Clinicians can see clients virtually, across the state of Louisiana. Our Clinicians are professional, fully trained, faith-based, and trauma-informed.
Individual Counseling
Our Counselors offer weekly, 50 minute sessions of psychotherapy.

Couples Counseling
Counselors trained in couples therapy modalities offer traditional 50 minute sessions, or multi-day intensives, upon request.

Medication Management
Our Mental Health Nurse Practitioner provides clients with medical insights to support their brain chemistry and restore overall wellbeing.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Professional Counselors are registered with the Louisiana Board of Examiners, are fully trained and have completed all direct client hours.
​LPC-S - Credentialed in Supervision, PhD - Doctor of Counseling
Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)
Provisional Licensed Professional Counselors have completed their Masters degree and Internship; they are fully trained and able to see clients on their own. They are in the process of completing direct client hours, a 3 year process to obtain full licensure.
Student Intern (SI)
Our Student Interns are receiving graduate level training from an accredited university. They attend weekly supervision under a fully licensed professional counselor. They have access to the latest developments in mental health education and are putting it into practice in real time.
Insurance Info
We are choosing to accept insurance, as a means of affordability to clients.
The insurance process is complex and takes time. We kindly ask for your active participation and patience during the process, as we verify benefits, submit claims, and then wait to hear back from the insurance company. We highly recommend clients contact their insurance provider directly, for plan details.
Supervision
LPC & PLPC Clinicians are able to submit claims to insurance companies. PLPC Counselors will submit claims under Dr. Ashley Brooks' NPI number, as she is the site supervisor.
In-Network Details
Each Clinician is credentialed individually. Please refer to each staff page to view the list of "in-network" insurance companies.
Individual Sessions
Insurance can be used for Individual psychotherapy sessions. We cannot accept insurance for Family or Couples Counseling sessions.
Portal
We set up your secure client portal and you will receive an email invitation to activate your profile.
Confirm appointment
We'll pair you with a counselor, find a date and time that works for you, and confirm your appointment with a $30 reservation fee, that goes toward the first session.
