EFT Couples Therapy Intensives are designed for couples who:
Feel caught in painful cycles of conflict or emotional disconnection and long for closeness again
Are trying to rebuild trust after betrayal or deep relational wounds
Are facing major life transitions—like becoming parents, moving, or entering retirement—that have shaken their sense of “us”
Want to intentionally nurture their bond and rediscover the strength of their connection
EFT Couples Therapy Intensives may not be the right fit for couples who:
Are currently navigating active addiction—healing through this process requires stability and support outside the Intensive setting
Are involved in an ongoing affair—this work is most effective once the relationship has moved toward transparency and commitment
Are not aligned in their goals for therapy—both partners need to be open to the process and seeking connection
Find it overwhelming or unsafe to be in the same space for an extended period—if staying regulated and respectful in shared time is not yet possible, another path may be more supportive for now
Are experiencing ongoing intimate partner violence—your safety is the priority. Please visit [this site] for support and resources

FAQ’s
What is the cost?
EFT Couples Intensives are a premium, accelerated service designed to offer deep, focused support in a short amount of time. Because of the intensive nature of this work—along with the added preparation, flexibility, and energy it requires—these sessions are offered at a higher rate. They also deliver significant value by condensing weeks or months of therapy into just one or two days.
Please note: Fees may be adjusted if additional hours are added or removed from your scheduled Intensive.
Half-day Intensive (3 hours): $600
1-Day Intensive (5 hours): $1000
2-Day Intensive (9 hours): $1800
Once your dates are booked, we’ll hold them for one week. During this time, we ask that you complete the intake paperwork in your client portal.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your Intensive.
Can I use my insurance?
Possibly. Some insurance plans—especially PPOs—may reimburse a portion of the cost for psychotherapy, including out-of-network services.
Because coverage can vary widely, it’s best to contact your insurance provider directly to clarify your benefits. We suggest calling the customer service number on the back of your card and asking about:
Reimbursement for out-of-network providers
Coverage for multiple hours of therapy in one day or across a single week
Please note that insurance companies typically require a diagnosis code in order to process claims. Not all couples who benefit from an EFT Intensive meet the criteria for a reimbursable mental health diagnosis.
If you’d like to pursue reimbursement, we can provide a Superbill for all eligible therapy services included in your Intensive.
We’re happy to support you with any additional information you need along the way.
What schedule can we expect?
The specific schedule for your Intensive will be finalized at the time of booking and can be adjusted as needed throughout the process—for example, to allow for longer breaks or to accommodate your unique needs. If you're planning to seek out-of-network reimbursement, it's also possible to hold the intake and individual sessions on a separate day to align with insurance guidelines.

What can we expect to accomplish during an Intensive?
Along with gaining insight into your current negative patterns and how to interrupt them, you'll also have the opportunity to explore the deeper, often unmet attachment needs that may be shaping your dynamic. You’ll begin to understand how many of your partner’s behaviors—while sometimes difficult—are often protective responses, meant to safeguard themselves or the relationship. This kind of deeper emotional discovery can foster greater connection, safety, and a sense of security between you.
These Intensive sessions can feel much like a personal retreat. To support the emotional work you’ll be doing, it’s best to leave time outside of sessions unstructured or filled with nourishing self-care—things like gentle movement, massage or acupuncture, or creative activities like painting, journaling, or cooking.
Would the intensives be online or in person?
We are only conducting in-person intensive sessions at this time.
How do we begin?
We’ll start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation—a chance for us to connect, learn more about your relationship, and determine if an Intensive feels like the right next step for you both.
If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your Intensive and provide you with preparation materials to complete within one week of booking.
